Persons who are not lawfully present in the U.S. cannot receive financial assistance that involves (in any part) state monies.
All the financial assistance at the College is shown in the following table.The specific funds that are affected by Proposition 300 are shown with a red "yes" in the third column and are shaded in blue.
Students who have applied for or received any affected funds from December 7, 2006 on should consult with the Office of Financial Services and Veterans Services if they have any question about whether they have lawful status in the U.S.
